Maybe this will help some more: I use Photobucket and load the pics I want to post there. I edit the photo, I resize it to the larger of the options. Go back to "album" and select your picture and click on the HMTL tag. It will say "copied". Go to edit at the top of your screen and copy. Go back to GW and write your post. then put your curser (?) where you want your photo and go to edit and "paste". You should see a long thread of letters etc. When you review your post you SHOULD see the picture the way you want it. It seems easy to me now but it wasn't at first and I needed all the help I could get.

Do a search for your name.

make sure you're using the search box at the bottom of the page, not the one at the top. If the posts are old, they may have rolled off. In that case you may be able to find some of them by searching with google.

The GW site search only updates every so often. At least once a day, I think, but not as often as one might like. It's still useful, though Google is probably more timely. Search on your username using the search box at the bottom of the list of threads and choose the whole site option, or put "ths gardenweb nikkidan" in Google, maybe adding the name of the forum you want. ("ths" stands for "That Home Site" which is an historical name for this place.) That's the easiest way to do it.
