What's wrong with my succulents and cactus?

Hello!

I live in the Netherlands and I'm having some trouble with two succulents of mine and a cactus.

First echeveria (light brown pot):

I got this echeveria a few months ago and it looked healthy for quite a long time. However, a few weeks ago, the leaves started to droop, and I have no clue what to do or whatsoever. As far as I know, it is still healthy, because I checked the stem, which is green(ish). It is placed directly in front of a window and sometimes it receives full sunlight during daytime.

Second echeveria (dark brown pot, green leaves):

This echeveria had been looking healthy all the time, until I was so busy that I had forgotten to water it for quite a long time. Due to this, half of the leaves fell off because they were incredibly weak, and I don't know what to do now! The stems are still healthy, but one has lost all of its leaves.

Cactus:

I have had this cactus since July, and since a few months, white spots appeared on it. It is placed in front of a window, and it used to receive full sunlight during daytime. However, as soon as these white spots appeared, I changed its place to a less sunny one.

Thank you all!

PS: I didn't know how to upload images on this forum, so that's why I included a web link to all pictures.
