A fascinating title but I've never heard of it. I can't imagine what its about!

Is that the one that you buy in installments?

I looked at it at the library today, got distracted, and forgot to get it! Is it any good? Looked like it.

Mixed reviews at Amazon. The consensus seems to be good story in need of a good editor.

I think it may be a bit wordy, i wouldn't say that its in need of a good editor.. i think thats because Dahlquist is a New York playwrite and director and this is his first novel..

It does have a slow pace but the character development is very good and the novel is very gothic and full of intrigue - it essentially traces the story of Ms Temple who is tracking down her husband who deserted her and he has ended up in a nefarious coven so the tension builds as the novel progresses..

I found the first chapter on a blog, so it would be interesting to know what everyone else thinks...
