Of the twelve trouble free orders I have shipped to this e bay global (Texas USA Based co) I Had one Issue ~ The customer contacted me for help ~ The customer in Germany (I In the USA) Said " I Never Got My CD " I Suggested & Helped Him Contact E BAY GLOBAL ~ They Resolved the case & Told Me I was Fine & Assured with an E Mail That The case was closed & NO NO Refund would be taken from me as Lost In The mail Claims are E Bay Global Issues ~ Well Today (I Tripped into a Refund From me to e bay global) ... NO NOTICE TO ME ! JUST STOLEN FROM MY ACCOUNT ! SO I E- MAILED THE CUSTOMER THIS LETTER :: Say If You Could Be so Kind As To Assist me (Now) At My End ... E Bay Had Notified me that the Claim at your end was denied to you as it was marked & tracked & Confirmed as received by you ? I Then 15 Day Later Noticed that E Bay Has Removed the Money From my account (NO NOTICE) Just Took the funds out of my account (No return of the CD Or Anything) You Said You Never Got It (I Believe you) I Never Got it Back & Now I've Lost My Money & My CD ... & E Bay Global has Kept My Property (CD) Did You Get a Full Refund ? I Am Just Thinking They Are Stealing Money from Both Ends of this Transaction & Making off with Peoples Product (FREE TO THEM) If you Got A Refund That Is Great (AS I Was Promised BY e bay Global Agreement) They Suffer the cost of Lost In the Mail Claims (Now With No Notice to Me & After they Tell Me I am fine No refund will be taken from me with a personal e mail stating such resolve In My Favor) ~ 9 days pass & THEY GO AND STEAL IT OUT THE 10th DAY LATER ! WITHOUT NOTICE ... I HOPE HE WILL NOW HELP ME & If I Get the CD Back (No Harm No Foul)I LOST 4$ SHIP ~ SO HEADS UP FELLOW SELLERS (E Bay Global is Stealing From both ends)I HAVE THE TRACKING AS CONFIRMED & DELIVERED to Dusseldorf Germany ? W.T.F. I' ll call them in the Morning with some attempt to resolve But So All Here Know (I AM SORRY) The Other Shoe did drop ! Just Thought I Would Share to Help Others Avoid the same PITFALL ! "Didier" and "Waves" are exactly the same plants and i think that it is either a arborescens or a ovata hybrid /cultivar. Just saw your picture of the dragon.
