I was at Rich's on Wed. May 23, & the big leaf magnolia was starting to bloom. Did you see it? I'd never seen 1 in person b4 in bloom. It was amazing. It didn't matter that I didn't bring my camera; photos could never do it justice. I was also ogling the tree peonies.

Bad news, about 4 years ago I replied to this thread with a pic about a recently planted UP tree @ Smithsonian Castle. I pointed out that the tree had a couple of brown branches. The tree is no longer there. I'm guessing that dead branches increased and the tree became so unsightly that it was removed. UP simply doesn't like the hot/muggy/buggy/humid often rainy summers of the midAtlantic.

I wouldn't order from that website at all. They look shady to me based on their contradictory terms and conditions...just in the first paragraph alone and as you read further there are more contradictions. Go to a reputable website.

Wait until you get the antique dresser then re-post with that in place.
