Aqualegia Plants - Safe to Plant Out Yet?

Hi,

I bought 12 tiny Aqualegia plants from B&Q in January - they seemed like a bargain. They have all done really well, and last month I repotted into 3" pots.

They are in an unheated conservatory at the moment. They are getting pretty big (about 4" spread), and it's looking like either planting out, or repotting again.

My question is, therefore, will these be hardy enough to plant out in the garden, or is the upcoming frost going to kill them off? I see that they are a perennial, so once established, should not be a problem.

Thanks

John
