Hi, very sorry to hear what's happening, but you gave no information at all to work from. However, yellowing usually means you're watering too often, and that the soil you're using is made up of particles too small to allow water to run through quickly and should be changed to something with very little peat in it (most 'potting' soil is mostly peat and holds water at the roots way too long). So, you need to get hold of some soil (ask at a garden centre - don't use topsoil from the garden.. full of unwanted stuff) with coarser particles AND add a lot of perlite and/or small aquarium gravel so water just runs through quickly. NEVER let the pots sit in any drain water because roots will rot, but as humidity is important (and spraying is a waste of time) DO add lots of large pebbles to a wide tray of water under the pots, but keep the water below the level of the pebbles (and pot). The only other possibility is that you have spider mites, but the leaves would usually become crispy, not soggy. I'm sure watering too often and the bad soil mix is your problem. Also, try to give plants as much light as possible for as many hours a day as possible - the less light they have, the less often you need to water (but do it well when you do it once you're using a fast draining mix).

Oops! Coleus is one of those that won't do for WS - they will not tolerate the cold. If they haven't sprouted yet, bring 'em inside and give them some warmth. They *should* sprout for you. You want to direct sow the seeds on your list? Why? Not sure about the beets, onion or cilantro, but all the rest are good wintersowing candidates. I wouldn't worry about the tomato seeds you sowed "too early" either - they'll come up when they feel it's time. PV

I’d say the larvae sounds like fungus gnat larvae so does the worm type things the larvae can range from clear to brownish and, it’s most likely if it is fungus gnats due to the dead nerve plant or overwatering or both add 3 percent hydrogen peroxide to your soap water mix (1 part peroxide to 4 parts water) spray the soil for 7 days or water your plants with it as a flush for the larvae get neem oil for the adult gnats if you start seeing them it also kills many other house plant pests and make sure it’s safe for your plants in particular.

If we could get a zoomed in photo of one or two of the critters, it would help immensely. If they fly, I'd say white fly. Maybe someone else can make out the small dots better than me.
