well you may not find people with all of these species as some are hard to come across.
I have Citrus australasica seeds when they are ready, which will be in a month or so.
You can obtain Citrus garrawayei (Mt White Lime)from a contact of mine if you want to email me regarding this.
I have never seen Citrus maideniana before and I wonder if it has been lumped under another species- I think it occurs up the Cape and additionally within PNG, but I could be wrong here.
Citrus glauca (Desert Lime), I havent tried at my place as we get 70 inches of rain per year!,
Citrus australis (Round Lime) grows well here and I have a tree that drops loads of fruit, it fruited a few months ago so I presume you may have to wait until about Jan to get more, I do know of people that you can purchase them from.
Rainforest( Pink) Pearl, is a cultivar/select of Citrus australasica, you will pay at least $14 per tree for these-I know where you can get them if you want- otherwise I have a red fruiting C. australasica which is a similar form as to 'Rainforest Pearl"

Russell River Lime Citrus inodora grows slowly here however flowers when small (20cm tall) I know where you can get plants, but no seed. I have seen these in the wild and they have large leaves like a 'normal' citrus.
As for "other hybrids" I wouldnt grow them from seed as you wont know what your going to get!
