WANTED: Looking for pandanus amaryllifolius

Hello there

Just wondering if anyone have this plant Pandanus amaryllifolius.

Really hoping to have it to grow in my garden.

Hope to hear good news.

I been looking high and low for it.

I met a fellow the other day who has a few dozen in pots.
I intend to ask if he wants to part with any.
Let me know if your still chasing them.

Golden Dawn nursery in Townsville sell this species under the false name of Pandanus odorus. They have some now in 140mm pots for $8 or so. Their number is on the web, search through google.

I'm also looking for this plant. I'm in NSW/Sydney.
If anyone knows of any locally or any nurseries that mail out I'd really appreciate the info.

G'day

I am also very keen to find this plant. My mum had one years ago that the dog ripped up, I know she's been sad about it ever since. Its her bday next week and I'd really like to find one beforehand. All the info I've come up with on the web has pointed to nurseries in Darwin/QLD. I suppose its because that is their favoured climate, however I know mums grew ok on the central coast. With the amount of Thai/Malaysian food places in Sydney surely there is somewhere I can find it?
