Hello Everyone .. I have been looking around for a Piggyback Plant around the plant stores that are located near where I live. Unfortunately, I have yet to find a store that sells these lovely plants. Please please could someone help to provide some cuttings/plants for the Piggyback Plant to me. Thanks very much. AF

Hi Karen! It is a nice plant. It has such a unique look! I just wish part of it would stop trying to be a tumbleweed so it can grow loooong and full! Maybe if the pot and plant was lowered down into a large fat clear vase like a terrarium during the winter time, the older leaves wouldn't dry and die??? Oh I don't know, I guess I'll have to experiment. I even tried propagating a few big leaves pinned down to the soil with the babies attached on top, but the big leaves always died after a couple weeks, taking the little ones with them:( I might just have to get used to having nothing more than a 4" pot and leave it at that. Hi Toni, I'm hoping the little cutting does well! Do you have a piggy back Toni? I thought you did anyway. I'm still looking for a shooting star, although I had a trade going for a couple cuttings of multiflora, but the person didn't really respond to other emails after the trade was set, so that made me leary, plus, I couldn't get my fishtail hoya cuttings (trade plant) to root in water well, leaves kept yellowing and I was ending up with a lot of almost bare bottom stems, so, I called the trade off. I'll get one sooner or later I'm hoping:( I'd also love to gat a few cuttings from a fussy purple hanging plant called, Micania ternata??? Common name is purple pleasure/purple haze.
