Looks like a leaf miner to me, a fairly severe infection. Perhaps a pyrethrum spray might help.

If you can confirm it is leaf miner, and the infestation isn't affecting the plant(s) too much, it shouldn't affect the fruit. If it was an ornamental, or a citrus - as leaf minor also favour lemons, oranges and limes, and fruiting is 2 to 3 months off - I'd use a systemic, such as Labacid or similar.

PS. you could also simply remove the affected leaves if the infestation isn't too severe.

Next drama, I did just cut the infected leaves and the plant seemed to recover, I have had a couple of cucumbers off it, but now it seems to be dying really quickly, it is covered in webbing, and there seems to be tiny black spots on the undersides of the leaves, also the leaves look,like they are being eaten in small spots but other leaves are just dying, the whole thing looks sick but I got no idea what happened, here's a few pics and if someone has seen this before of knows what may work please jump in!

The soil looks like 'nursery' bought 'premium' garden mix the plants are growing in. I've always found that needs a goodly dose of compost to make it viable, especially for fruit/vegie production. It also contains no clay so it doesn't hold moisture, I now always add a good supply of (commercial) water retaining granules when laying nursery 'premium garden mix'. I'd also check under the leaves to see if you can spot anything that's attacking them, however, that wilting leaf in the picture could suggest dryness or, perhaps less likely, a fungal problem.
