It seems to be a hybrid, so best to use cuttings if propagating from it. Would imagine it sets seed. There is a description on the link below.

Thanks, yes I've seen the links but can't find anyone who actually HAS one. Cuttings would be hard to get into the US, I was wondering if it sets seed (better than nothing!)
