Hi Paul, I have never heard of a pink agapanthus. The only colours I know are the purpley blue in darker and lighter forms and the white. If there is a pink one I would love to know! Does anyone else know?? Dee.

There are a couple of pink forms available now. I bought Crystal Drops on e-bay from a Qld person. Lovely plants, quite reasonable. Seeds would most likely not reliably produce what you want - possibly revert back to white.
The flowers are more white than pink - just have pink highlights. Very pretty.

Hi Erin, I have a lot of crocosmia, habranthus uniflorum, some crocus. Most of the chasmanthe and yellow daffodils have bloomed and developed big leaves already so they might not fit as well in a box but if you are interested, I could try with a medium flat rate box. I'm interested in any aster, buddleia, stokesia, plena elegans clematis or blueberry.

Start seed at 20 degrees C in soil less mix barely covered. Germination takes place within two weeks. They will not flower until pot bound. I've discovered they are hardy to Zone 5a with lots of extra soil, leaves & evergreen branches piled over them! This winter will be a true test as I didn't get my two clumps prepared as above before ealy snowfall. But we've had up to 130 cm of snow so here's hoping they survive again this winter!

Well I know of one wholesale supplier but don't think they sell to WA. However I saw some newly in today in the Masters, Nerang, Qld store marked "strawberry Ice" or something similar, a few plants per pot. If you have a Masters near you, perhaps you could ask if they can check with the Nerang store who supplied them and if your nearest store can get some in for you - probably cheaper for them as they would be more used to the import process from other states. If you need more info you can email me thru my page, I might be able to find a code for the grower and see if it's someone who will send to WA

Have one here with the pink tips. Strawberry Ice is my one. There is a chap from Perth selling the seeds on ebay. Jim someone. He has posted on here before. I have bought from him as well and his seeds are recommended.

I buy a lot from him as it's in Perth so no problems and I bought some pink Agapanthus last week. jimlsr is the eBay name or Jimlsr's Seed Shack. Always have a big listing.
