All i know is it is dried for tea, local people drink its tea for curing some (people say all) cancer types and it's really working. There are people i know who drink this tea and get rid of cancer cells completely. I got this weed from an old person from Akhisar (Turkey) region and he is not saying where he got it from :) I'm trying to identify it to make research about it. I will rehydrate for better picture and post it here again. Thanks for the opinions.

'i was thinking 1.5 - 2 years' a lot depends on how dry it was when you got it. If partially dry, it might not take as long. If your piled wood gets plenty of air or if it's stored in a nice dry place, it will dry better. If wood is not dry enough, you'll get more soot & creosote in the chimney. not as big of a deal if you keep and eye on things and maybe do a cleaning of the pipes & such during the winter. You do not want a chimney fire! That's when the built up creosote in the chimney gets hot and a spark causes it to start burning. bad, bad! My insurance insisted on a fire extinguisher nearby. But just keep an eye on things. I used to use a small mirror, you could look up through the clean out door on the chimney and see all the way up the flue. If it got too bad, I'd go up on the roof and drop a chimney cleaner down the flue, then clean the crud out of the bottom through the clean out door. I found out, if your wood is dry, you won't get enough build up to worry about.

Rebecca, Just to explain my reasoning thou I maybe quite incorrect. I did not blame leafhoppers because they are on all of my roses. But never has that leaf damage ever shown on but a few roses each year. I discounted rmv because to date there have been no reports of a healthy rose for as long as you have had this rose suddenly becoming symptomatic. If a healthy rose has picked up rmv that it never had. This would be devastating news and I've not read about it happening yet. Oh and don't forget your mother plant is totally healthy. As suncoast mentioned the roots temporarily were not feeding her rose hence the damaged leaves. This does not mean I'm correct but I have had roses with the exact same look. First thing I thought of was rmv. All of mine where own root and once the roots were more established on mine. It went away. You have some absolutely excellent rose resources in Minnesota. I'm certain they would share their thoughts with you.

most such arrangements ... do not have drainage ... it should be obvious why ... so repotting is imperative ... also.. amny such displays .. have plants that do not favor the same conditions.. one might want constant moisture.. while another might prefer near drying before the next watering ... so you are on the right track repotting .. and in IDing them.. so you can decide if they should be potted together or independently ... good luck ... and my condolences ... welcome to the forums ... ken and later.. you might consider propagating them ....
