Yep. PM. As Seysonn mentioned, a milk solution or neem can help control it. There's also a baking soda solution -- google it. In any case, you want to spray off(with a water hose/nozzle) as many of the spores as possible before applying the solution. Plain white is white vinyl and will never peel in non-Apocalyptic times. If you want a specific color, go ahead with the painted option. Obviously it will cost you more money. The UltraWeld is a pretty good window. It is built like a tank.

I think you will regret it. It makes it difficult to touch-up tiny nicks and scratches. I have had to repaint the two cabinet door fronts under the sink. (beach house), stupidly put a hook on each door for hand dry towel and dish dry towel. Too many house guests would hang wet towels there. 'Lived-in' beach house so most nicks don't mater, but a new build kitchen might get a upsetting gash/nick week one. Maybe ask for a touch-up kit paint match.

blocks of color can be the correct thing . maybe a more intense shade as this greenish one on the splash..... It will give a more interesting modern vibe to a degree. I wouldnt do a cream or white. I dont dislike what you have but paint is easy and a switch can be nice.
