Yep. PM. As Seysonn mentioned, a milk solution or neem can help control it. There's also a baking soda solution -- google it. In any case, you want to spray off(with a water hose/nozzle) as many of the spores as possible before applying the solution. Also, try to keep from touching other plants AFTER you've touched affected plants to prevent the spread of spores. Kevin

That's about right. Also, you can vary the amount of sugar. I have to do this since egg whites vary in size, too. After whipping the whites fully, I usually add the amount of sugar specified gradually, then check to see if it is stiff enough. The whipped whites with the incorporated sugar need to be very stiff to hold their shape in baking. If peaks are limp you will need to keep adding sugar. Thus you can adapt to the actual volume of your whites.

If the painter was using Sherwin Williams, the paint store probably offers a premixed white for interior trim that can be purchased off the shelf. Many paint companies do this to make things easier for the consumer. Find out what is premixed at SW for interior semi gloss trim paint, probably 'Bright White' and or 'White', and get the paper color chips at the shop, bring them home to find out which color you have on your trim.

I think you will regret it. It makes it difficult to touch-up tiny nicks and scratches. I have had to repaint the two cabinet door fronts under the sink. (beach house), stupidly put a hook on each door for hand dry towel and dish dry towel. Too many house guests would hang wet towels there. 'Lived-in' beach house so most nicks don't mater, but a new build kitchen might get a upsetting gash/nick week one. Maybe ask for a touch-up kit paint match.
