Oh yes, bulb planting is way more fun! Weeding can wait. I bought some "Magic" lily bulbs I need to get in the ground. Someone came into work selling them at a really great price...so I had to buy several! Yep, I know all about that impulse buying thing. Which is how I ended up with 2 different orders for seeds totaling 30+ dollars each. Who buys seeds in October? Me, I guess! Anceska, make sure that you are looking at the right place in Targets. Mine has Vaska (the unscented variety) but it is not with the rest of laundry detergents. It is in a separate section that has various natural cleaners. It is also on the lowest shelf in that section, so it's easy to miss. As to Purex Crystals, I tried them and saw no softening effect. Vaska on its own actually leaves everything nice and soft and you really do not need fabric softener when using Vaska. I also didn't like the scent of the crystals. I have not tried regular Vaska but the unscented variety has a very light fresh herbal scent.

Haha! That's exactly what I suspected. As to the fragrances, I never liked or used April Fresh so I was not affected by the reformulation, but I do like some of Downy's other fragrances and I do like the Free & Sensitive a lot. I stopped by my local Target last night and they do not have the new Spring Lavender scent, so I still don't know if it's any good. One piece of bad news is that my Target discontinued carrying Vaska - I am very upset! :-(
