It's September and I haven't been able to prune

Due to injuries I haven't been able to prune my roses yet and don't expect to be able to do anything so 'physical' for at least another month or so.

They're a mix of hybrid and floribunda, most 2 or 3 years old, and in reasonable nick. I kept them well dead-headed through the flowering season. They are pretty much all covered in new buds now.

I live in the wheatbelt in Western Australia.

Unfortunately I don't have any help available to me and I can't afford to get someone in to do the work.

What should I do? Prune them really late, not at all, or something else?

Thanks for you help.
