The colour is actually more of a deep purple, rather than deep blue.

I know you are not looking for a trade from me, but I noticed you have a ginger to trade....I would be interested a start of it....I have many plants to trade....You mention on your personal page that you like variegated plants....I have a water lillie(hardy) that is red/white/green.....It is called Arc En Ciel...(rainbow in french). The flower is not really the show on this one, it is a light pink....but the leaves are never alike....it may have a mostly green leave with splashes of red and white or only red and white or red and green...so neat..... Any thing else you can think of? I would like the yellow ginger as I have white and peach colored. Thanks ....Raye

LOL Sorrel, mowing was my ex mother-in-laws method of "deadheading" what she called the "flags" in NW Oklahoma. But she never watered or fertilized anything. If plants lived, great. If not, great. The iris did better some years than others, but they were really hardy! It was amazing, BTW, to see their pecan tree, planted on a gyp rock cap to begin with, double its size in one year once it had drip line and some mulch. The dern thing went from 5 feet tall (after ten years!) to 10-15 feet in one season! Amazing what a little TLC will do.

Misty Morn, I decided to change it after I saw this really nice personalised number plate with frangipanis on one side and "Relax! It's Queensland!" across the bottom.
It's one of the very few sayings on number plates that I like.

Annie I have not seen those number plates yet I will have to keep my eyes lower to the road.
Which is a very dangerous thing to do around this area even when hubby is driving.
Great Idea............Cheers...MM.
