Even though they are the same bean, why not stress they are largely NOT interchangeable in recipes. If a recipe calls for butter beans, use that and if it calls for lima beans, use that. The taste and color are different, and should be acknowledged. If I'm making Pasta E Fagioli, the recipe will call for butter beans, not lima beans, because lima beans are synonymous with the smaller greenish beans, which would not taste/look right in that dish. Coriander and cilantro are the same too, but you know if you ran out of cilantro, you are not going to sprinkle coriander in for a substitute. I expect more from a culinary blog.

It really depends on the contractor and what they will sell their system for. Some are hurting so bad they think selling cheap they will dig themselves out of a hole but normally they go under or have really bad customer service relationships. We have a few dealers that sell trane and/or carrier for cheap! they beat out all of the authorized dealers by about $1000 but they also have 47 Better Business Bureau claims against them. My question for you and it can help me, how much of a cost difference are you willing to pay for a top notch installation from a company that will put your system in and be there for you for at least 10 years? Say you got a quote on the same system but one was $1000 dollars less, would you trust the cheap company and say hey it can't be that bad and I'm saving 1000 dollars!! Do you mind if their install guys smoke, cuss, have not taken a drug test? Does using drop cloths and taking care of your home matter? Do they offer a quality control check after the system is installed and free maintenance cleaning after 6 months. Do they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for a full year? What is your cut off level for quality and piece of mind? $1000, $750, $500, $350 or is it nothing because you are going cheap all the way because it's about saving the money and not about the install and future service? I can always hire guys for cheap but they aren't real good. Or you can have me and trained pro's on your job. Example I lost a few jobs this past month because a company/s did the jobs for nothing. Their quote was very low and they are going to have a hard time paying their bills this winter and for the customer, I guess they can cross their fingers. Losing jobs kind of bums me, but then there are customers at the same time that want Quality. Sometimes you get what you pay for, the only thing you get less for is less. I smelled the Thai Dragon Fruit in the store once - it smells nothing at all like actual dragon fruit, which has a very light scent. :( My roomate bought some original scent Gain liquid a few months ago and it didn't rinse very well. Towels would also get this nasty air-freshener scent when they got wet. I wouldn't have bought it because I've always hated the scent. (Didn't even notice that it was different lol) I don't think it cleans as well as Wisk, and the target store brand liquid also seems to clean and rinse better and is cheaper than gain.
