I have seeds that were left over from last year. They have been kept in the refrigerator in plastic bags, so they should be good. I would like to trade two or three types for one type from you. They already had some very cold temps - I asked about Perrin'e pride and Jerome said it was hit by frost but still healthy. I must have that one, I MUST have that one. Dont' you dare to snatch it from me. LOL. Snow Queen is white with blue edges; it has been holding on to that bloom for days. Today Henryi also had a bloom opened but I couldn't find my camera before dark; typical of me. Ascotiensis also arrived with a fat bud - I heard so many good things about that clematis but all the photos I checked are different, so if it opens it will help me to find the best spot for that beauty.

Congratulations to the proud parents Myrle. Is this your first grandchild? It's been quite a few years since I was a new grandma. My only grandchildren ( I have 2) are now 26 and 23 and both unmarried but they do have boy and girl friends. Our grand daughter Amanda is the oldest, is in school again and studing to be a chiropractor. Our grandson Kyle is a welder and works for my nephew's in their business. Time sure has flown for me as it seems just yesterday they were adorable babies Connie

We put a well in this last summer and expect to be able to water our plants from well water instead of going elsewhere and filling 55 gal barrels to water some of the plants. Most of the time, the plants had to fend for themselves. This year, we will be able to help them out. My oldest son did irrigation in FL and he's already thinking about how to get the water across the driveway and setting up hydrants and other things for the field across the drive. He's probably thought about the plots on the same side as the well, but he hasn't told me yet. I remember the 70s very well, my son got ahold of his dad's pay stubs, he was amazed on how little pay it was. 55 hrs was barely $200. Marla
