Margarita I got it today. Your seeds will be going out in the next few days. I have to pick up more seed envelopes. I can't stand those folded paper things.

Take a sample to the Cooperative Ext service and see if it can immiedately be IDed, or if they can analyze it at a lab in ainesville. I think it may be a fungal that is soil borne. Is it the same fungal bloom on both plants? lift the mulch around the base of the allamanda--does the fungus grow into the mulch and then visibly into the soil itself? I"m trying to recall names, but there could be phytophora, fusarium, and there is a viral problem on ficus trees in Palm Beach; perhaps there is some localized probem there in Hillsborough.

Fairly sure Misty was right and it is a tecoma. A neighbour has some coming up in the paddock (a bit weedy), I'd have to go over to have a closer look but I'm pretty sure yours is one.
