Own root growing in my garden for it's 2nd year. I also have iris in every color of the spectrum from solid dark purple, maroon, to pale pinks to bicolors, etc. It would be a guess as I do not have them marked collected 100 different types a couple years back, also have daylilys in many colors not common yellow. tstation, I just bought the 6x8 Weatherguard from Northern Tool for $229 including shipping. Not sure if the free shipping deal is still going on tho. $299 is pretty expenesive as you can find cheaper on the web. You can find them all over the place, even at Target.com BTW, Northern Tool also offers 1 year, no payments, no interest so that's hard to beat. I have not assembled yet as we are in the depths of winter here, but I'm impressed by the galvanised steel frame. Seems like it'll be very sturdy. I plan to just screw into the ground with anchors. I'll take it down in the fall. Also, the manufacturer told me that a set of replacement covers is $160 shipped and 1 end piece is about $64 shipped. But I expect to get quite a few years out of the cover. I grow mainly vegetables so can't answer your orchid questions.

I want to thank you DZYG for suggesting the stovepipe baffle. I at first was going to put a shield on it and I'm glad I didn't after reading that article. I will put the stovepipe baffles on.The upside down flower pots was something I came up with being inexpensive and I thought they would work. These blue bird houses are made of pcv pipe with cedar tops and bottoms. I have the top hinged so I can look in without baby birds falling out. I painted them tan and they hold up to the elements great. I put some vent holes near the top and crazy glued screen over the holes with holes in the bottom.
