Lysophylum Hookeri

Just had to post this one: I spotted this small native (Aussie native) tree in a nursery back in 2008. This is it's third spot (I'm a habitual plant mover) - and its first flower. It's a native bauhinia; grows in the western districts of Queensland, and is very rarely available in nurseries despite its natural beauty as a small - no more than 5 metres in its natural habitat - tree. I'm also a habitual nursery hunter, over 45 years of nursery browsing this is the first one I've ever spotted for sale as a potted specimen
