Hi all
I've got a large Viburnum Tinus in a full sun position near our mailbox. I'd like to move it to a dappled sun position in our backyard to screen an ugly extension from our neighbors.
Its around 3 metres high and healthy.
Does anyone have any particular experience with transplanting one of these? Do they transplant well?
How extensive is the root system likely to be?
Also, will moving from a full sun to part sun location stunt its growth? I'm not fussed about flowers, but if the whole plant shrinks down, I may as well not bother moving it.
