Mapei Ultracolor "Chamois" is a winner in my opinion. We used it for Marazzi Merona Natural and it is the perfext happy medium to blend into the tile and let it shine. Anything much lighter or darker and the grout lines will command focus. Note: this stuff is extremely sensitive to water content. Take care to mix it properly and not overwash, otherwise it will dry lighter than you want (this happened to us in some spots). There's always grout colorant if this happens to you. Now I know full well you cant take one persons bad experience to the bank but does anything sound off about this to you? Maybe a non hardy variety, I think I read Emerald Carpet is a good one. I’m apparently zone 7 in NJ and never been to Tennessee but I assume the winters are colder here than any part of Tennessee on average. No big deal if you have no clue, can’t hurt to give it a try this fall with a single plant

How about this GE Profile UVC9480SLSS (also at Home Depot and Best Buy) which owners find satisfactory and at $1438 is far less expensive than the Vent-a-hood BH446PSLBSS ($3235)? It would require an 90-elbow immediately above the hood to route horizontally to the rear.

When I was working in that particular restaurant for a number of years I was doing bread and pastry. Arrived before dawn and needed to walk past the bar and to the back of the kitchen to reach the light switch. I’d stomp my feet and yell out for any rats to depart immediately. Next duty, at least in the winter, would be to light the wood stoves to generate heat ( no furnace in that place). On really cold mornings I’d cheat by turning on the gas ovens and leave the oven doors open for a bit..
