Sweet Drippy!! Your response is way milder than I expected. It takes me about 3 years after I start a bed to get the bermuda kinda under control in it. Constant pulling and digging that mess up the first year. I know you said resources were thin to start the other beds now. Though I would say this fall might be a great time to work your new ground. Fall is a great time for transplanting also for us in the south. Spring rework your ground then put in your fabric, double it if it is the cheap kind. Then add your rock or mulch. I can't afford fabric and mulch especially not at a rental, hence the ground covers. So I just deal the best I can. I can't wait to see your before and after pictures!! Drippy I know you have some fabulous plants and I can't wait to see the blooms!! Oh by the way if I said what I thought about bermuda I might be banned. Lol

Wanted: Rocky Mountain Columbine, (Aquilegia caerulea). I was in Estes Park, Colorado last week. I was hiking and fell in love with the blue and white Rocky Mountain Columbine. I just want 10 seeds. Can anybody help? And if any of you hardy people could collect seeds from a wild plant in the Wild, I would be just estatic. Thanks!
