Any chance of posting pics of your plants?
They don't particularly thrive on being root-bound, are you giving them frequent liquid fertilizer? Weekly would be best as, if they are in a good porous mix, then nothing much is retained in the soil so they can kind of starve and the mum will take all the nutrition as she has the best root system.
If they all look a bit cramped I'd be inclined just to re-pot the lot, into a bigger pot, esp if the pups aren't too big yet.
If you did consider separating the off-sets, I wouldn't do it now as we are going into winter, as you will set them back a bit anyway and they will make better recovery going into spring.
If you have not separated them before, it can be a bit harrowing, the roots are very fragile and break easily, and sometimes a pup will not have made much of a separate root system at all, despite appearances above-ground, so it can be a bit traumatic for the mother plant as well as you may have to un-pot it or at least disturb it a fair bit in the process.

Alison I too have a Worsleya.

It hasn't grown very much in the last two years since I have had it. Can you please tell me how long does it take to get it to flowering stage?

Hi Alison, 1st time I've looked in here for a few years!
My precious Worsleya has 2 decent sized pups and a smaller one which seems to be growing out of the side of the mother, (higher up than the 2 'normal' ones.) Time to be brave and try to repot those 2, but I am a bit nervous :-)

I'll use orchid mix I think, it's pretty free draining. What I'm worried about is the actual seperation process.

I know that I used small drainage stone in my mix.
I was actually going to take one of the plants out of the pot and see if I could work out what the mixture was.
I'll let you know (when I get over this bloody cold I have) and actually DO it!
I can't remember the last time I was here on the forums which is a shame because I really enjoyed the time I used to spend here and I learnt such a lot from the posts.
It's been 6 1/2 years (would you believe!) since I started my job and that was the beginning of just not having enough time and energy for everything I loved to do. Something had to go and I'm afraid it was computer time that lost.
and then, when I finally found the time to get back and catch up, hardly anyone was here...anyone I knew, that is.
It was a shame.
Anyway, going back to bed with some more panadol and the dog (better than any hot water bottle, even if he does snore!).
