Yes, it's a horrible name! I spotted it one day browsing the farmers/crafters markets at Tweed Heads one Sunday after mass about 6 months ago. It caught my eye on account of he had it marked as a salvia - thought to meself there's a salvia I don't recognise! I asked my salvia guru, Sue in Albury, and she said she didn't think it was a salvia at all, so I posted in on 'Name That Plant'. The response from a lady in England was that it is a P. U. I looked it up and sure enough. It struggled for awhile after it flowered so I moved it, took a cutting, and now both are powering along. An unusual thing indeed, and I love the common name, "Blue witches hats."
