This fast growing climber is a fairly common tender perennial species that produces two inch, pinkish blue flowers in mid to late Summer. They provide quick covers for lattice, trellis, arbor and chain-link fence, and are a favorite food source for butterflies. They are hardy in USDA zones 10-11 They prefer full sun to light shade These plants are very drought tolerant, but should be watered regularly. (never over-water!) The seeds should be soaked overnight in room temperature water before planting at 3-4 inch spacing. The seeds should be started indoors at 70-75 degrees, 12 weeks before the warm weather arrives. The seed pods are edible. Now these are vines that grow 10 - 15 feet; still want them inside?

the 'vines' have to fit into a small priority mail box, so they are only like 8in long, But they grow like weeds. They are woody and root very easily. I dont know how many seeds. As many as you will spare. I have none,so,i need s many as i can get, and plant now, it is hot already and my single blues are up and blooming,but not setting seeds this time. Maybe not enough plants. So its up to you telling me. And sending me your address. Then i can send you mine.

i bought them all on EBay, just about, they are far from cheap. It is like 5 seeds for $10,plus shipping. Outrageous amounts like that. From India they offer like 50-200 seeds for as little as $5, and like $8 shipping. But I dont trust shipping from India. They have odd colors to, Like lavender. The one 'major seller on EBay, you might be thinking of, i dont buy from,she sells under several names, all her seeds NEVER sprout, and now that I have told her that, she has put me on her 'dont sell to him' list. She also has a 'rare plant and seed company. She is the only one that seems to have double whites. And she sells them for like 3 seeds for $8,plus shipping..like $5more. Then they never sprout. I have bought from her for years. They are never fresh/or germinate. So i thought I would ask if anyone grows these, and has some seeds and would sell me some, or be willing to share some with me. After Irma, all my trees are gone! My yard is now a complete dead yard. full of stumps, and just weeds and sand. You know Fla. soil. It is all sand. So it looks like a beach now. I am trying to start over. But after 40 years of planting/care,my garden is gone, my yard/grass is dead, my trees are gone. So...I am starting over. These are at least simple and will bloom in 1 season. Unlike my blooming trees that are gone, my huge yellow Tabibuia tree, (I never spell it right), my plumerias, all gone,now just stumps. It will be years before they grow enough to even put out blooms, if I am still alive to see them. It took over 30 years to get them to the size they were, they lived through 3 major hurricanes, but Irma wiped them out. So its from scratch now....doubt I'll see much of anything grow /bloom before I'm gone. But Ill try.
