Hey, that is definitely not JUNK! It is gorgeous and I really appreciate what you are doing there. I read you caption about painting the doors a different color than the white for the windows. I think that is a great idea, to help someone find the entry....:) There are several folks over on Smaller Homes Forum who are involved with sheds and other fun structures. I will mention your efforts to them. We also have a goodly number of threads over there about sheds and resources and examples in books. Thanks for sharing. I don't hang out on as many garden forums, now that we are busy redoing two houses 1500 miles apart.

I ordered papilo from them 2 years ago, it was over $10, so the price has come down. It was a small bulb, but now its large and has over 18 off shoots. I ordered another papilo from them in January. The best thing about Glasshouse works is that they stand behind their plants. You will have no problem if you need to replacing a plant. I lost plants due to the 2 weeks of 100 degree weather. I called them to discuss a credit I had on their account, they offered to replace the plants I lost, if I would pay the postage. What a great company to do this, it was not there fault, they sent me healthy plants. Barbra

These live w/in the substrate and they are NOT Thrips. This is Collembola, Springtails. They feed in decaying material and they indicate that there is roots rotting ion the substrate, and it is very likely, that you provided a little buit TOO MUCH water over a longer period.I do not assume that the scape will abort the seed pods. Just reduce giving water..

I need some way to overwinter plants that like to stay at temperatures above 10C eg Phaleonopsis orchids, bat plant ([i]Tacca[/i]). Where I live (just south of Nowra) has no no frosts (but almost does). I could get a glasshouse, but would this be useful if it is not heated? I dont want to bring all the delicate plants into the house during winter, and besides, I have no continuous heating system in the house. Would an unheated glasshouse that faces the North be enough to provide the necessary protection? Any comments or suggestions would be most useful!
