I grow Chaucer. It had a hard winter and is now rebuilding itself, so I'm not sure I'll have a rooted cutting this fall. Brian, Its true that some Austins are still protected by patents and are illegal to trade cuttings of. Your list includes several of these: 'Queen of Sweden', 'Spirit of Freedom', Evelyn', and 'The Prince'. All others are no longer protected by a patent and can be traded.
