Hi Diane, I got mine in September 2004 (Wal-Mart) end of season sale. It is called "Rootein" Soil Conditioner for Indoor Plants -premium- Amazing results. It has the same dosage as yours. By Ceres. Even % is similar. I think, they dropped the line about testing and renamed the product hoping to attract buyers. Mine is in squared white plastic container with white-green label - 1.7kg. It stinks a little and looks like a very fine gray gravel with some white flakes. Thanks for the tip with ST- I will definitely call them and order some. After checking that gelatin site I went through recipes in Jerry BakerÂs Happy healthy houseplants. He also recommends gelatin. IÂm usually reluctant to use anything other then regular premix fertilizer (I noticed once that some home made fertilizers attract mold and bugs  J. BakerÂs for example). What did you do to h. pubicalyx to get that magnificent bloom? I have one  big, old, root bounded monster that does not bloom at all (growing indoors). This winter my cats knocked it down twice  it was in 6" self watering pot for couple of years. Too tall and too light. So now I had to repot it to 8" pot where everything is sturdier and roots and not drying that fast. IÂm afraid more vines will follow with no blooms- as usual.

I was TKO for more than a year and during that year, I didn't eat very healthy because it wasn't convenient. Now that my kitchen is done, I can cook healthier but I'm snacking more at night, too. I'm guessing that it would be a good idea to share healthy eating ideas during kitchen renovations. Also, how to hide snacks in new kitchen! By the way, during the renovation, my DH took to putting snacks in his night stand so, by default, I cannot dip into his snacks. I've been doing a couple of different types of workouts at the gym: yoga, pilates, and I've started back at tae kwon do which I used to do before having children and now my children do it with me. I cannot do any exercise that puts repetitive pounding on my knees like running or walking on a treadmill and especially the eliptical machine. I was thinking about rewarding myself with a massage for each 10 pounds lost. My friend says that's too stringent, it should be about 7-8 pounds because that would be almost one a month. Currently, you are required to only have one GFI outlet from one of the small appliance circuits. But with a 10' island, it would be a safety hazard to not have outlets somewhere close to both ends. The spirit behind the requirement is so that small appliances don't use extension cords draped everywhere. If you ever want to entertain and use the island as a buffet, it's best to have enough electrical on it to run the warmers, crockpots, and blenders that will be in use. I'd do a quad close to both ends, and maybe even a popup in the middle. That means you will need a dedicated circuit for your MW, and the GFI protected outlets from part of your 2 required small appliance circuits. Because electrical useage has done nothing but increase, I'd go ahead and have outlets from the second small appliance circuit as well. Or maybe outlets from one of the small appliance circuits plus a run of another island only GFI small appliance circuit. You're trying to use the two (or three) circuits to avoid overloading any one with demands. It's never fun just when the party is starting to have to go and flip a breaker and then try to re-arrange all of the juice suckers to not pop it again.
