Hi I was wondering if anyone had any epiphyllum cuttings that they would like to give for postage. Thank you Cameron

this is my only flowering cacti at the moment. my easter, Xmas, mammillaria. elongata also have flowered before. but the one I've sent image of it taken a month to get to this point. cause with the easter/Xmas flowers opened with in a week. the dragon fruit is the hylocereus undatus. I didn't think that was an ephi so it could be one year to 5 for epis. to flower? what about rooted cuttings from plants that hasn't flowered. will it flower quickly or around same time as mother plant, sorry so many questions. thank you

Yes, it came calloused and dried, i double checked it to make sure it was. Then I put a little rootech on it and put it in the planting medium. It's okay then that the roots are on the top? What would happened if I were to place it upside down so that the root-like parts are in the soil instead? The seller said the Epiphyllum was called Amethyst. Who knows if that's true though haha

I can't tell for sure, obviously. But whatever is it it's not good for a plant. Any insect or disease needs to be taken care of. It looks like a mealy bugs, the white cottony mass is usually sign of them. Try wiping the leaves with a cotton ball soaked in rubbing alcohol, or a q-tip. Try shaking the piece over sheet of paper & see if any tiny 'things' fall on it - spider mites are very small, sometimes you can find them this way. Spider mites make webs too, slightly different than mealy bugs. Using insecticidal soap/spray or neem oil should help to get rid of them.
