This plant looks rather like a pritty old Dragon Tree, Dracaena draco. Jordi

I have an Aloe ferox from seed, I am about to upgrade it into a 7-gal pot. Its a heavy plant. I leave it outside unprotected spring to fall. In fact, I just put it out a few days ago. It handles light freezes easily. I give it supplemental water during hot days. I use a very coarse potting mix but it is definitely NOT kept on the dry side except during the winter when it sits quietly in my garage. x

Thank you cactusmcharris and rosemariero6. I will post a photo of it - if and when it flowers.

Please first explain what "inorganic" seeds are, because that makes no sense. Organic, in chemistry, basically means any molecule that contains C and H... I hate the "organic" label on foods, someone needs to come up with a better word. If what you mean by organic is no "chemicals" then just don't use any, healthy Aloes don't need added fertilizers, pesticides or fungicides. Learn how to grow them properly so they thrive. Warmth, fresh air, occasional water, lots of sun and a well aerated substrate are required. Its up to the grower to figure out the details based on where you are and your growing conditions. X
