Succulent identification

Greetings all,

long time listener... first time caller.

I have been collecting succulents for a couple of years now in Sydney and have only just recently become interested in what each of them is called. I have quite a few plants, far too many to post each photo here. I have an online photo gallery of some of them at http://www.flickr.com/photos/stutters/

I would love to invite everyone for a look around and would appreciate any help in properly identifying my little babies (comments can be left next to each photo).

Hi Stutters-your mini brom is a cryptanthus. I can't tell you exactly which one.

I undersrand that generally most succulents are the same “care” wise. I have about 30. I have a small 6 x 4 greenhouse and I have some succulents that love it and thrive and some that do better inside nesselted in or near a window inside. Some I start to weather now in my temp and some I wait and stay in the greenhouse closer to May due to they like a warmer temp. I just prefer to know the ID if at all possible- this is my preference but if it’s not possible it’s not possible and I’ll just take care of it the best I know how and pay attention to what it responds to under “general care.”

A leaf that chubby definitely came from a Pachyphytum or a hybrid. My guess would be Pachysedum ‘Ganzhou‘. Too small to know for sure;).

Agree with Emily and CactusMcHarris. Back right of pic 1 appears to be an echeveria peacockii. The one behind the Sedum.

Wow! we are just getting to be very interested in collecting and your babies look fabulous. we were able to identify some of ours that were otherwise nameless. I think I'll be spending quite a few hours looking through the postings in this forum. Cheers and keep up the photography.
