I am looking for any species of pereskiopsis for grafting, cuttings or plants within Australia.

I don't know of any but why Pereskiopsis especially there are other things you could use

well pereskia would also be good, Ive heard pereskiopsis are the best stock to use for seedling grafting. Ive included a link to a page describing it.

I've seen plenty of pictures of people doing it in just water. And I read to stick em in moist soil because they love wet rich soil. They have been wet for 2 days not in soil. Are they unlikely to recover? Should I just let the soil dry out and keep it like that?

Obviously I can't help you with the plants, but can I confirm whether you are really looking for Pereskia the shrubby plant with large flowers that hardly looks like a cactus? Or perhaps looking for Pereskiopsis, the grafting stock for seedlings?

Me too, I have been after them for a while now in Oz. The few that do have it are using it. I can get some from germany but 50/50 chance of it getting through customs. If someone has some please let us know. I also want to graft seedlings. I have Lophies grafted onto myrtilo and tricho's but I want to see the gr8 results of grafting seedlings onto Pereskiopsis Velutina. The results are supposed to be amazing. Cheers, Adrian
