Russian Comfrey

Hello! I followed the dormancy instructions before planting my Russian Comfrey seeds. I have had little success. Only two seedlings emerged and to my eye they look like parsley or coriander. Is this what they look like? Does anyone out there know?

Jamie, as far as I can remember, they don't look like coriander or parsley. The leaves are bigger, wider and thicker. Let them grow a little and observe what they look like after a few weeks.

I dont have any seeds but I have "Russian Comfrey' all over the place, if you want some roots in the spring I can send you some. Just send me an email.

My first choice would be Seminole but I looked in their website and they did not have any comfrey. Maybe because it says zone 3-8 ? In that case Shar, you will have to use the dried herb, unless somebody is growing this herb successfully in your zone. Silvia
