Deb, my box was picked up, not delivered.. on the 15th, I was home on the 14th so it should of been delivered right to our home. (unless we had a sub carrier and he was just to lazy to deliver it...lol. ) This is the first time that has ever happened,plus our postal carrier knows if someone isnt home to leave it at my sons house right next doo. So, I am not sure why it is saying it was delivered on the 14. I will get it back in the mail ASAP, like I always do, but I cant see it sitting over the weekend! I haven't grown very many on your list, but I will add one comment regarding one that I have grown. At least in my garden, All Fired Up was not "apricot and salmon" as per your note. It was a great performer, but definately orange rather than apricot and the eye and edge were red rather than salmon! Here's a picture from my yard even though it isn't as vivid as the flower itself: You may want to look up several different pictures of each one to get an idea of the range of what it might look like. Different growning conditions can affect the overall color. All Fired Up did pretty well in the Georgia heat. It is the darker colors (burgundy, red, dark orange, purple, etc.) that are most affected by the heat. You will have to keep the roots system moist to keep your daylilies happy if your temperatures are in the nineties like they are here, so use lots of mulch to help. Just lighten up right at the base of the plants to help prevent disease. Larry

Thanks for the help--I'll try the Name That Plant Forum for confirmation, but I went through this Vascular Plant Image Library yesterday under the Viola section and found these two that seem to match. I was almost certain that they were violets because of the flowers. The leaves on both types are odd for violets. The first one, as far as can tell, is Lance-leaved Violet (Viola lanceolata)and the second one is Arrow-leaved Violet (Viola sagittata). Here is a link that might be useful: Lance-leaved Violet

The "one" potted plant I bought around 10 years ago stated "RARE" white voilet... it's not rare in my garden now....it took a good 8 years for it to grab hold and take control and now it's OUTTA CONTROL... and I CAN'T SEEM TO STOP IT....it's like an alien taking over my garden....I pull it out...it reappears..... AND it is ALL WHITE...no other color in it....RARE WHITE VIOLET....INVASIVE CONTROL FREAKAZOID.....ALIEN INVADER......WHITE VOILET INTRUDER..........AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh RUN..........................................before it takes over your life.......................and yard...............and garden...........RUN RUN RUN........unless, of course...you have an area where you want it to take over....and it WILL TAKE OVER AND TAKE CONTROL OF WHEREVER YOU PLANT IT>>>>>>AND THEN SOME.......ALIEN INVADER........INTRUDER...........but then some people think it's pretty...(and it is)...........but...WATCH OUT........IT WILL TAKE OVER AND CONTROL YOUR YARD AND GARDEN AND YOU WILL HAVE A HARD TIME CONTAINING THE CREATURE FROM BEYOND......... ok....I am in combat with this creature....whatdu expect?
