I'm having fun so far. Hubby took me to see the new Harry Potter movie this morning, then out for lunch. I'm getting ready for a cat nap now (with our cat, Jazzpurr). Tonight we'll eat French food at a local restaurant. Sharon, what variety of rose is in your photo? It's lovely. Joe, yes, same date and year -- birthday twins! And with the gardening connection too, maybe there's something to astrology after all. I also wish you the best birthday ever! Everyone's thoughtful good wishes are giving me much happiness. Thank you!

Thanks to everyone for the thoughtful birthday wishes! You folks are the best!!!

Thank you all. It is also Henry Ford's birthday! We are celebrating tomorrow when the kids can come down for dinner that Mom cooks! With the two little grandsons in tow, dinner out is not doable these days.

Thank you! DD and DGS came down so DD could take me to lunch with my sister and sister-in-law. Going to be eating and chatting while DH babysits our hopefully napping DGS. He is 2 1/2 and has hit that stage where he has to be with is mom in the same room ALL THE TIME. She is hoping that he gets out of this stage by the time she has the next baby in late October. Then my younger son will fly in from his London-Dubai-Singapore trip to see all of us, and hopefully older son can get away from work this weekend long enough to join us for dinner on Sunday. So the great gift to me is seeing all our kids, a gift to me and DH too.
