Thanks Rita. I guess you could call it raspberry Purple. The daylily Forum named it for me except for the Brittany, of course.. I'm so glad you still like the first spuf. I think it's going to be a really good one. It has quite a few buds and is holding straight up..that's a plus. About 28" tall. Good height as I really don't like very tall dls. The other is a really colorful one with the white covering a good bit of the sepals. It reminds me of a white 4 leaf clover. There's a bit of lightning at the edges too. maybe I'll get an edge to boot.. I also like the wide petals on the others.. Thanks Michelle. The raspberry ripples one is a mini. around 22" in height and the bloom is less than 4".. Thanks Laurel, I forgot to mention that BRR is a tet. Black spot is it's pod parent. Thanks Kay. I really don't like mini's very much. I have a select few and this probably is my favorite of them all, including the Siloams. It's a late riser which also makes me happy.. Thank you all...Ellie

Dear Friends, Bless you all for your kind and loving words and prayers. We are just doing o.k....trying to take it one day at a time. Sunday was a hard day...one week...and yesterday was a really bad day for me. We got together at my nieces house...like we do every year...we all missed Mom so much. Dad is trying but he is so sad and at times the tears flow. I try to be with him and then try to let him have his time....he told me that being by himself is something he has to do and the Lord will see him thur. We are going this week to look at a headstone....we have gotten so many beautiful cards from friends and family...my boss at the florist shop gave me a beautiful small handpainted trunk to put cards and memories from Mom's funeral in....my daughter will try to help me put Mom's picture on here for you all to see...she was a beautiful lady. At times I have such a hard time going down those stairs....I want my Mom to be there!!! I know many of you understand. Again bless you all for being here for me....keep my sweet Dad in your prayers. Love, Nora

Tami...our area is losing many of it's pine. A couple of years ago our neighbor had to cut five of them out. We lost 4 of them this year. I'm so scared we'll loose them all. They kept it so private and stopped a lot of the wind. patti

Oh Lois! You are making me laugh! Thank you all. It will be a few weeks before we can get up to see her. By then, I will have her x-stitch piece finished. I only have to add her name and date. And have it framed. i often think about my mother, who loved all babies, died only a few months before her first great was born. And here I am with two. God is good! Theresa
