Need European Convection Oven With Regular Bake Mode

I need a new wall oven. My specialty is baked goods, layer cakes, pastries, etc. (not cookies). For whatever reason, I find that several of my recipes come out far superior if baked on regular oven mode rather than convection bake.

Can anyone advise on an oven brand that offers both true European convection for cooking, and a true non-convection bake mode for my baking. I previously had a Miele, and it's regular bake mode was just for cake mixes, etc. Thank you all.
