Time to Get Off of My Rear End!!

Okay, I promised myself after my surgery that I was going to get into shape no matter what. It's 8 1/2 weeks since my surgery and I know I'm not recovered yet. I still get tired and have trouble breathing at times but I am really getting antsy about getting started. My biggest challenge is at night. I feel like the only thing I do at night is look at my computer and the TV or read or something. I feel like my evenings are a huge waste but I don't have the energy to do anything else. Oy!!

Anyone else out there about to change a habit or make some changes? How are you doing it? What do you all do at night? I just don't seem to have any inspiritation at all in the evening! Then I start feeling like a slug and it makes me want to eat. I eat when I'm bored.
