Left over fried chicken and potato soup. Soup smells good.

We are having beautiful weather in the low 70's. Tonight I have pork chops with Stove Top Stuffing on top covered and baking in the oven. Along with that will be peas and also a salad.

Pasties tonight but I made pizza Casserole and chili for the weekend too! I was a cookin mama!!

We had leftover turkey noodle soup (homemade) and grilled ham & cheese sandwiches.

I'm just now thinking about it. Either sauteed shrimp or scallops with some stir fried green and yellow squash and some red peppers. Nothing exciting because I'm watching the calories when I'm eating at home. Off to cook.

I made a wonderful beef stew late last night so right now I am reheating a bowl of it for a late supper. My brother Paul was over today so I sent him home with 2 large containers of stew. I was going to just make a small amount but it is just as easy to make a large amount and share it.

Perfect thing to eat on a chilly night.
