Those of you who work outside the home...

Before I was married, if they needed a skeleton shift for work, I'd work Christmas. It paid time and a half, so I always volunteered. Later, when I did payroll for the school, I got Christmas Eve afternoon (if it was on a weekday), and the next working day after Christmas off. I'm retired now.

For those of you who work outside the home, how much time do you get off for Christmas? Or do you have to work straight through?
