I personally love the look of different colors together, and I'd go with 5 different clematis. I have mostly type 3's, a lot of viticellas, and some type 2's. Type 2's should still be pruned back for the first two growing seasons to promote root development. I currently have them growing on my fenceline on green wire, it's not too difficult to remove and prune them this time of year, because the foliage is already crisp and brown. Lighter colors will pop better against a dark backdrop, and vice-versa, something to consider. By my cream garage, I have my dark purple clematis. On my fenceline, the lighter colors tend to pop better. Ville De Lyon is a nice pop of pink, stunning, and Viticella Venosa Violacea is one of my favorites. Polish Spirit is a strong grower. Whites are a nice contrast to the colors as well. They don't necessarily all bloom in unison, so it's nice to mix it up a bit for that reason.

hello my name is mary. I only found out about the Annie's Attic doll patterns last week totally by accident when I found this website while I was looking for answers to ?s about the different doll Annies Attic doll collections. Any way I'm trying to find someone that would be willing to email me a copy of the ones they have of the ones that I need and trade with me some that I have that they don't have. To start with I'm looking for the rest of the Ladies of Fashion. There was a lovely lady on this website down loaded the ones she had for me and I'd like to find and get the rest to finish my collection and give her the ones back that she needs if at all possible. The following is a list of the ones in the Ladies of Fashion that I would like to find and get. I have the others and would be willing to share with others. 1. Dolly Madison. 2. Priscilla Hostess Gown, 3. Patricia of Nashville, 4. Renee of Baton Roque 5. Megan's Wedding Gown 6. Eliza Sunday Promenade 7. Rebecca's Party Frock 8. Cariss of Bainbridge 9. Deborah of St. Louis 10. Silva of Sacramento 11.Jasmine of Louisville Nanette of New York 13. Catherine of London 14. Nadine of Albany 15. Julia of Richmond 16. Susanna of Nacogdoches 17. Victoria of Rochester 18. Kimberly of San Francisco There is 27 more that I already have that I can share. Please if anyone can help I'd appreciate it very much. I am disabled and can't work outside the home because no one will hire me with my disability, so this is the only way that I can afford to give my 18month old granddaughter presents as she grows up and get into dolls and such. There are others in these collections that I'm looking to and planning to finish but this is a good place to start. Thank you to anyone out there that is willing to help. Mary.

I want to cover some wire hangers with yarn to create a nice padded hanger. Most of the patterns make the piece first, and then sew it on to the hanger. Lion Brand has a free pattern for "Plush Hanger Cover- Chenille Thick & Quick Homespun", which is crochered directly on the hanger itself.( I Googled it to get the directions ) It simply says to "single crochet around the entire hanger...." It doesn't, however, tell you how to start, and I cannot figure out how to attach the yarn to the hanger to begin,or how to include the hanger in the crocheting as I go along! It must be so obvious to them, but not to me! Does anyone understand how to do this?

I have a few skeins of this stuff and I really don't like working with it. I have 2 or 3 different colors. I also have some similar yarn (not really yarn) in a few more colors. If any of you are interested in having some, send me an email. I can take pictures showing you what I have. I'd be happy to get rid of the stuff for just the cost of the postage and maybe a dollar for the packaging. I'm not trying to use this forum to sell anything really. I just can't see throwing it away and I know I will never use it. I tried, but I don't like the way it feels, I don't like the way it looks, I just plain don't like it.
