Christmas Card List Is OUT!

To those of you who signed up for the Christmas card exchange, I have sent you your emails! The only one who I can not send it to is Hoovergal, as your email didn't come thru from Gardenweb. Please email me with your email address so I can send it to you. Please check your address to make sure it is correct, or any spelling corrections needed. Let me know if you didn't receive your list, and remember to check other emails and spam folders.

Thank you all for signing up this year. I enjoyed doing this again.

Oh, I didn't get mine. I checked to make sure my info was correct and realized that my old email (from my working days) was still listed. So sorry. Would you mind resending since I have now corrected the address. Thanks.

I've whittled my list down over the years, to a smaller number for several reasons. I don't like to send cards without a personal note of some sort inside and because of my business, this is one of my busiest times of the year and there are time constraints. I don't like to put people into the position of sending cards as an obligation. It should be a joy. I feel I've likely done them a kindness by dropping them from my list. I replace a Christmas card with a note or card some other time of the year. They can respond....or not. I've lost a good many relatives and friends over the years simply through death and the list goes smaller each year. That's the hardest one. The price of postage is getting prohibitory when you can only send two cards for a dollar.....one if it is going over the pond. I do not send out cards to my customers. If they're special to me, I'll make a trip to them and give them a gift.....but I dislike getting impersonal or imprinted cards made out by somebody's secretary. It just wastes a tree. If they have a good product, a card once a year doesn't matter or make them anymore likely to get my business. That given, my list is very personal and easy to handle now. I will choose (or make) a card I think is special. I don't look at the expense, but the thought presented. I'll be more likely to pick out cards for that reason so don't look for bargains. If they're inexpensive....fine. If they're pricey.........again fine. That means cards sent to make money for charities are considered. I'd rather the profit go toward a cause I support than a stockholder.

+Mary for some reason I have been having trouble with our new postmistress. I never had a problem before when I used our street address and now all of them had the address blackened out with a marker and Post Box written on it. It could be at the sorting center too though. I live in a town of 40 people. Our Post Office is only open 2 or 3 hours a day. I know what you are talking about. MY PO box is 161 If you wan to send it that way. You do not have to send it though. I know you tried and if you don't want to use another stamp it is OK with me. It was the thought that counted anyway. I am sorry about this. Have a very merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I got the list too. Missing a last name on one though in the second group...I am going to send a card to everyone!!! Already fixed cards for my group and group1. I will finish group 2 tonight!!! Hope I get lots of cards!!!

Tami....I only have 4 people on my list that is showing up.

numbers 1 2 3 4 are not there. That is on my phone...on my computer I can't get any of them. It says it is ready to download but it doesn't.

Can't you just copy and paste the list and email it to me...it would be so much easier. Then I can just print it out which is what I want to do anyway.

I have re-sent to those who didn't get theirs. Any emails that were re-sent to me were the same ones I already had. If you don't get them today, let me know again. As to a missing last name in group 2, my list has all names. If you are still missing anything, let me know specifics please and I will send it to you.

I didn't get the list. It says you sent it out in pdf and It doesn't come up. Maybe you will just have to sent me the list.
