I think a great star for the show would be Billy Zane. He was in Titanic and Charmed.

It is a solid 2 hrs. to Boothbay Harbor from here, which means about 4 hrs. spent on the road. How much time would be required to have the sort of visit we would like, Monique? should we look for another fun activity in the same general vicinity to round out the day before a leisurely drive back to camp? I am definitely in for this one and may even be able to persuade the helpmeet to join us. Traffic will be heavier on the weekends and mid-morning, so this is a trip I'd start by 7:30-8AM.

Ok! I have a newbie question too! Ok it snows less than an inch. For most people in my little neighborhood the store is in walking distance. That store was jam packed with people getting ready for the "shut in" from the "snow storm" WAY ahead of time. The streets were totally empty that day. BTW, the snow melted the next day. They have an actual storm with possible tornadoes,a torrential down pour and lots of flooded out areas. The makings of a real natural disaster... Nobody even gives it a second thought unless their house actually floods. People were driving around like normal and saying stuff like,"Lots of rain were having..." I'm SO confused!!!PJ

Oh, yes, I can imagine myself chilling out in that room any day, any time. I LOVE everything about that house. I could move right in and would not have to change anything, and I cannot say that very often (if ever). I linked the architects website below with more pictures of this house. I would absolutely love to see Howie Mandel on Dancining with the Stars. But...not sure if he would be able to touch his dance partner because of his phobias. Anyway, I think he would be a great contestant.

Ellen loves to dance, she would be fun. Kelly Ripa would be fun. Regis? Leno? But they have full time jobs already.

I think Kelly Ripa would do really well on the show. I've seen her dance before on their show and she's pretty good. Regis might be okay too.

Ellen would be hilarious but I'm not sure her personality is right for some of those serious dances.

You know how sometimes you do a quick look at a post title and see something different from what's really there? Well when I looked at this one I read, "Would you like to see me on Dancing?" I thought, yeah, I would watch it if SamKaren was dancing on it. Otherwise I don't ever watch it.

Let me know if they call you in to perform SamKaren! LOL

You guys are a hoot! While I appreciate the fact that you would like to see me on Dancing with the Stars unfortunately I don't qualify. In order to be on the show you have to be a "Star" or at least "Famous". Remember that as your resident DJ I am still only "Really, Sort Of, Almost, Kinda, Famous".

I can see Howie Mandell, dancing, wearing surgical gloves and mask. LOL When he was on some poker show. he wore the gloves all during the game.
I too thought of Patric Swayze, but he isn't as cute as he was when he did Dirty Dancing. (Then again, who is????)

The ones on dancing are people who's careers are or were on a downslide, or in the dumper, or else someone trying to rekindle theirs.

So taking that into consideration, I would say
Any of the Sex and the City females. Lorainne Bracco from the Sopranos. Marilu Henner said she would love to be on, so look for her soon.
Some of the Brady Bunch? More ex sports stars?
No one with movies or a show now will ever be on. They are just too busy.

How about old teen idols? David Cassidy & Donnie Osmond or Bobby Sherman, Davy Jones.
Terri Bradshaw would be a hoot! As far as women go, maybe the oldest girl on Full House (can't think or her name)and for that matter how about her real life brother that was on Growing Pain, Kirk Cameron. Victoria Principal?? Can't think of many women right now.
Since the writers strike is going on in Hollywood, how about the James Denton from Desparate Housewives or McDreamy from Grey's Anatomy? Doesn't hurt to have a little eye candy! HA!
I'm sure we could sit here all day thinking of good ones.
