followup: opinion...rip off...bait & switch...misunderstanding

Received 2 phone calls from customer service manager, email from corporate office and spoke with store manager at their request....

He was in total agreement the sign was inappropriately worded and fully understood reason customers would be confused.....signage has been changed to reflect milk is 1/2 of the original price....which is $1.79. Manager stated the signage had been corrected due to my email....

I appreciate responses here at KT and appreciate Food Lions willingness to address customer's questions.... Store manager has requested I drop by his office when I'm in the store next time....he'd like to personally thank me for helping them to provide better customer service.....

    That's great! I'm glad they (1) responded & (2) realized the sign was confusing (3) corrected it! Always nice to hear a happy ending!
