I buy mine at Costco. It's a huge bag! In my area, Safeway and Raley's also carries it. You can check on Sheila's website for other places to purchase. It's really good!!
I usually get it at Costco but have found it at Kroger recently so it seems some grocery stores are picking it up. I have to say I was disappointed in the most recent package. She has changed how it is made why do they do that! It originally was made in one big sheet and just broken up into random pieces which was perfect. Now she is making it in little squares which makes it thicker and have the cooked edge it is not nearly as good as the original thinner random pieces with no edges. I sure wish I had known because I would not have bought it. It also now comes in a salted caramel flavor and a toffee and a mint chocolate chip so pay attention when buying it. here is a link to the find a store in your area search FIND A STORE In this picture of the package you can see how now it is shaped into squares not just random pieces.
They have some really good looking recipes using it over on the site. RECIPES
From what I've found in a search Duncan Hines brownie mix is the best to use. You mix it up using the recipe on the box, making sure it is liquid enough to spread on a big oiled cookie sheet, then bake. Let it cool until you bake it into pieces. OR there is a recipe for making it from scratch.
Raven, I too have noticed the difference in thickness and taste with my most recent purchase. While it's still good, I do miss her orginal formula. I have also been noticing it is somewhat sweeter than before. Maybe because of the thickness.
I have tried the other varieties and they are so-so.
While at Costco today I picked up a bag of Crunchy Cookie Chips (chocolate chip) from Hannahmax Baking. They are thin, crunchy cookies and quite delicious. Same idea as the brownie brittle. I will be buying more of these. I have seen them in grocery stores, but smaller bags.
It is just such a shame when they come out with something that everyone loves and right off the bat they have to change it and call it improved. It is not improved it is not as good. The other thinner original was so crispy and good and yes I think the new one is much sweeter too. I bought this latest bag to use to put out for a snack at our meetings so most of it will be used that way.
Glenda, I have trouble finding it here. We have one Super Walmart that carried it around Christmastime, but I haven't seen it since. Wegman's carries it year round and Costco. But the bag at Costco is so big, I am afraid I'd eat 4-5 servings at once!
There is also a Toffee chip flavor, but I haven't tried that.
