Here are two of my familys favorite recipes...these are my own variations tweaked to suit our tastes... Black Olive Pasta Salad 1 package shell or elbow mac, cooked (rinse and cool) 1 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 to 2 cans chopped black olives( we like a lot) 4 chopped hard cooked eggs mayo mix all with enough mayo to moisten to your liking ( I make this for church suppers and they nearly lick the bowl) Two Season Tuna Salad Summer Version 2 cans drained tuna 1 cup chow mein noodles 3/4 cup cashews( pieces are cheaper) 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped mayo to moisten to your liking I serve mine on a bed of lettuce with sliced tomatoes on the side Winter version Make same as above but use more tuna if for a casserole, and adjust ingredients ...bake at 350 til heated well.. my family and friends love these recipes,,,let me know if you try them!
